As the sister restaurant of the French gastronomy maison A Nu Retrouvez-vous, located in Hiroo district, Tokyo, we inherited its DNA with a taste of fresh sensitivity. This motivated our decision to present a prix fixe menu style with dessert wagon for dinner.
Inside, a wide cherry wood counter is displayed in the center, magnified by the white plastered walls around. The calligraphy masterpiece signed by Rieko Kawabe artistically orchestrates the space with a dynamic touch.We hope you will spend here at L’Homme du Temps, a moment full of beauty and amazing surprises.

The defile of dishes, expressing the best of each ingredient itself is deeply rooted in classic cuisine yet incredibly light and contemporary.
Enjoy each of all these dishes full of the Chef fresh sensitivity.
Vegetables directly coming from Oshima Farm in Nagano or contract farmers from Kanazawa ; fresh fishes of the season directly shipped from the bay of Hagi in the prefecture of Yamaguchi or precious Ishigaki beef coming from the island of Ishigaki in Okinawa. We are particular about finding the best of the best ingredients.

Our wine cellar assembles more than a thousand of bottles on 400 references and labels, mainly highlighting Burgundy and Champagne but also new world and nature wines.
